We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, false, or incomplete.

Territory Runner is a GPS-based fitness game that allows you to:

• Track your running routes using your device's GPS
• Claim virtual territories by completing running loops in real-world locations
• Compete with other users on leaderboards
• View statistics about your running activities and territory ownership

The Service is provided for entertainment and fitness motivation purposes. Virtual territories have no real-world value and do not confer any property rights.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Be aware of your surroundings at all times while running
• Obey all traffic laws and signals
• Not use the app in a way that distracts you from potential hazards
• Not trespass on private property to claim territories
• Run only in safe, well-lit areas appropriate for physical activity
• Take responsibility for your own physical fitness and well-being

Territory Runner is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or accidents that may occur while using the Service. You assume all risks associated with your physical activities.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Territory Runner and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying the Service or its content
• Using the Service for any commercial purpose
• Attempting to reverse engineer any software contained in the Service
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notices
• Transferring the Service to another person or "mirroring" the Service on any other server

When you use the Service, you generate data including GPS coordinates, running statistics, and territory claims ("User Data"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Data to provide and improve the Service.

Your User Data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may display aggregated, anonymized statistics derived from User Data, such as leaderboard rankings and territory maps.

Territories claimed through the Service are virtual game elements with no real-world value. You acknowledge that:

• Virtual territories do not confer any real property rights
• Territories can be claimed by other users at any time according to game mechanics
• We may modify, reset, or remove territories at our discretion
• Territory ownership is tied to your account and cannot be transferred or sold
• Upon account deletion, your territories become anonymous and remain in the game

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• GPS tracking will be accurate or reliable in all locations
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

Territory Runner is not a medical device and does not provide health, fitness, or medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TERRITORY RUNNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

This includes, without limitation, damages arising from:

• Physical injuries sustained while using the Service
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in GPS data
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Loss of territory or game progress

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by submitting a deletion request. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• Your personal information will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Your runs and territories will be anonymized
• You will not be entitled to any refund
